We advise and represent our clients in all areas of intellectual property law. Our practice includes the prosecution of industrial property rights as well as their enforcement and defense in litigation. We also counsel in transactional matters. For managing foreign industrial property rights, we cooperate with highly experienced colleagues worldwide.

Ulrich Twelmeier has been active in the field of intellectual property law since 1972 and was admitted as a German patent attorney in 1975. Before starting his career he worked for three years as a development engineer and as a development group leader in a department for measurement techonology of Siemens AG. He studied physics at the University of Tübingen and at the Technical University of Karlsruhe. His diploma thesis was in the field of nuclear reactor technology and neutron physics.

Dr. Niels Mommer has been active in the field of intellectual property law since the year 2000 and was admitted as a German patent attorney in 2003. He studied physics at the Universities of Konstanz and Stuttgart with a diploma thesis in the field of plasma physics and received his doctorate in the field of solid-state physics for his research at the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He obtained a Feodor Lynen research fellowship for post doctoral research which he did at the Oregon State University in the USA.

Roland Hüther has been active in the field of intellectual property law since 2003 and was admitted as a German patent attorney in 2013. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Krefeld. His diploma thesis was in the field of computational fluid dynamics. After his graduation he worked for four years as a development engineer for textile machinery in a company belonging to the Swiss Rieter group and subsequently started his intellectual property career in the patent department of this company which he managed from 2005 until 2009.

Henning Twelmeier discovered his passion for intellectual property rights while he studied law at the University of Bayreuth where he graduated in 2004 with honors. During his legal clerkship he worked in a law firm in Düsseldorf specialized in patent infringement litigation. He passed the bar exam as one of the best in 2006, working as a lawyer ever since with an emphasis on trademark law, design law and intellectual property litigation.
